With more than a decade of hands-on experience, I bring a diverse background in Professional Baseball, Basketball, Pickleball, and movement analysis to the table. Duo sessions

You and a friend or partner who share similar fitness goals can train together for an hour, following a personalized program. You get the same hands-on experience as individual training with a fun twist.

$150 / mo.

Online Program

Throughout the program, we'll track your progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure that you're continually challenged and seeing results. We'll wrap up each session with cool-down exercises to help you recover and reduce muscle soreness.
